Are owned by Horizon Digital Inc. and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for:

• Violation of these Terms
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Failure to comply with regulatory requirements
• Breach of security or unauthorized access
• At our sole discretion with reasonable notice

Upon termination, you will retain ownership of your investments but may lose access to certain platform features.
